ESTRO -- An herbal tincture containing plant-derived phytoestrogens such as black cohosh, which is extensively used in the Europe as a safe alternative to synthetic estrogen. Phytoestrogens have been researched for their ability to support a woman's body without many of the side-effects associated with estrogen-replacement therapies. Black cohosh has been shown to be equal to various estrogens in clinical studies involving patients who have had hysterectomies. Estro also contains the essential oil of clary sage (Salvia sclarea), which contains natural sclareol, a plant-based estrogen.

How to use: Take two to three droppers in juice or water two to three times daily. Estro may be taken for as long as four weeks to reach maximum effectiveness.

Ingredients: Extracts of black cohosh, blue cohosh, royal jelly, and essential oils of fennel (Foeniculum vulgare), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), and clary sage (Salvia sclarea). Also contains 50 percent grain alcohol by volume necessary for herbal extraction, and water.
